Currently Zealot only searches for video files directly under the top-level ingest directory and ignores sub-directories.

Ideally, this should be able to recurse through sub-directories for video files to transcode, and recreate the directory structure in the archive and output directories. This would allow for easier video file organization when ingesting files.
