Tests shouldn't be freely editable after some amount of time, due to the rate at which games, OSes and drivers update. This should NOT permanently lock the test, but have a button/link to "unlock" a Test to add/change results. The goal would be to require the user to acknowledge that they might be doing something unintended.

This should be configurable somehow.
